Rail Settlement Plan Limited (RSP) is a division of ATOC Limited which is the trade association owned by each of the franchised train operating companies (TOCs) in Great Britain. RSP on behalf of the TOCs is seeking to appoint a supplier for a contract for the provision and stock control of ticketing, associated secure printed stock and ad hoc printed stationery. Ticket stock must be distributed to several hundred delivery points such as stations, depots and high street travel agents throughout Great Britain on a just-in-time basis. The provision of a bespoke on-line ordering and management information system is essential. All tickets supplied must be approved by and manufactured to the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. Emphasis will be placed on those suppliers who can provide products to both present specifications and also for future security retailing needs.
