Description:
Cleaning real estate constituting 100% of the capital city of Warsaw Warsaw administered by the Property Management Plant in the Śródmieście District ADK 3, 4, 5, 6.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) providing cleaning services inside and outside buildings administered by ZGN ADK,

2) clearing snow of areas administered by ZGN ADK,

3) ensuring efficient operation of installations and technical devices located in buildings,

4) cooperation with administrators in the area of servicing residents by accepting all kinds of notifications, interventions and comments from residents,

5) cleaning green areas.


Administration of municipal houses No. 3

The subject of the contract includes:

1) providing cleaning services inside and outside buildings administered by ZGN ADK,

2) clearing snow of areas administered by ZGN ADK,
