The subject matter of the framework contract is building inspections in accordance with the specifications of the service description.

The structural tests are divided into the following service areas:

Performance range 1: Single tests

Performance range 2: Main special tests

The service areas are hereinafter also referred to as "lots" due to the specification of terms in this announcement form.

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services specified in more detail in the service descriptions (Annexes 1 to 3 to the framework agreement) takes place by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (for more information see Section VI.3 and in the cover letter, which can be accessed via the electronic address specified in Section I.3).

The framework contract to be concluded individually includes for each contractor those service areas described in more detail in the service descriptions (Annexes 1 to 3 to the framework yield) for which the approval requirements have been proven with the application for approval.

The framework contract to be concluded includes the provision of services in the area of responsibility of those branch offices of the client's southwest branch for which a contractor has been approved in response to his application for approval.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2024. Applications for admission and thus the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire term of the open house procedure.

A framework agreement enters into force on 01.01. of each year if a complete application for authorisation that does not require clarification has been submitted by 15.01. of the same year at the latest (cut-off date regulation) and ends on 31.12.2024.

Subject of lot / performance range 1 are simple tests in accordance with DIN 1076.

Subject of lot / performance range 2 are main and/or special tests in accordance with DIN 1076.

The details can be found in service description H and service description S (Annexes 2 and 3 to the framework agreement).
