The construction of a new library building is planned on the site. The property is located opposite the Singbergschule. The building will house a school library for the Singberg School as well as classrooms, as well as an area for a library for the use of the municipality of Wölfersheim.
The building is accessed from Wingertstraße. The building will be built on 2 floors with a partial basement and equipped with an elevator system.
On the western side of the building there is an escape balcony with an escape staircase on the upper floor. An escape staircase is also planned on the east side. In the basement, the technical rooms for heating and ventilation as well as the house connection room are planned, as well as a toilet facility and storage areas. On the ground floor is the school library, which contains an issue, storage room, notebook room and staff room.
A second, smaller area with staff room is planned for this municipal library. An outdoor seating area is also provided. Both library areas are accessible through a common foyer. A disabled toilet can also be reached from the foyer. On the upper floor there are 4 classrooms, a group room and a kitchenette. Two of the classrooms are separated by a mobile partition wall.
