The purpose of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for technical consultants for, amongst other things, preliminary engineering design services, preparation of tender documentation, construction management and general advice. The consultancy services are wanted for municipal engineering installations, with an emphasis on water, sewage, sanitation, roads, sites, parks:

Part 1. Water and sewage transport, i.e. pipeline network;

Part 2. Water and sewage process, i.e. treatment facilities and network stations;

Part 3. Environment mapping and pollution;

Part 4. Municipal infrastructure (traffic planning and regulation, waste facilities, road installations and geotechniques);

Part 5. Bridge and wall constructions;

Part 6. Sports facilities;

Part 7. Parks and outside areas (green areas, leisure facilities and dam techniques/security);

Part 8. Project administration (project management and construction management) — PA.

Tenderers shall be able to provide independent inspections within the disciplines where relevant.

Tenderers can submit a tender for one/several/all of the parts. Each sub area will be evaluated and

awarded separately and must therefore be priced independently of each other.
