NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, NEUPC, NWUPC, HEPCW, CPC, LUPC AND SUPC for Promotional Merchandise and Clothing, Vouchers & Gift Cards.

The Framework Agreement is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 1 – Merchandise & Clothing

Lot 2 – Vouchers & Gift Cards

Lot 3 – Promotional Clothing

Coverage of this framework is National

This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st May 2023 for an initial period of 24 (twenty-four) months until 30th April 2025 with the option to extend the Agreement for 2 periods of twelve 12 months until 30th April 2027 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; technology products, desk accessories, bags, hardware and safety products, key lights and torches, leisure and sports products, drinkware and ceramics, home and living products, key chains, badge holders and stress relievers, notebooks and portfolios, writing instruments, hats, sweatshirts, polo shirts, sweaters, hi vis vests, fleece jackets, cardigans, hoodies, , padded jackets, bomber jackets, trousers and shirts This list is not exhaustive

including, but not limited to, the following scope; Paper Vouchers, Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, Closed Loop Gift Cards, Open Loop Gift Cards, Controlled Loop Gift Cards, Restricted Loop Gift Cards, Implied Loop Gift Cards. This list is not exhaustive. All gift cards or vouchers will be supplied with a wallet and envelope which shall be provided free of charge. Any branding requirements of the Member Institutions will be provided at an agreed additional charge.
