Soleil is a synchrotron radiation source located in Gif-Sur-Yvette (91, France). As part of the outsourcing of its mechanical engineering services, SOLEIL wishes to set up a Multi-Attributary Framework Agreement for global study services/definition files and a Single-Attributary Framework Agreement for the provision of technical assistance services

for global studies, SOLEIL will provide a Summary Preliminary Project in the form of a 3D CAD model, as well as a CDCF of the product to be produced. The Holder will provide a service that goes from the design of the product to the complete definition of each elementary part. Regarding the services of Realization of definition files of all or part of an instrument or component, SOLEIL will provide a finalized study in the form of a 3d CAD model, the manufacturer's technical sheets of the selected commercial equipment as well as any document useful for understanding the study. The Holder provides a service that consists in the constitution of the definition file. The services described above can take place either on the premises of the Holders, or in the premises of SOLEIL which will provide the offices. The choice will be made by SOLEIL, according to the difficulties of the subject to be treated

for each mission, SOLEIL will express its technical or functional need and will then estimate a load relating to the needs and send the holder a request. In his quote, the service provider will provide the detailed CV (S) of the expected speakers. They should have the necessary and sufficient skills to intervene within the framework of the mission described. SOLEIL reserves the right to refuse the profile of an intervener if it considers it unsuitable for the mission.The missions of the provision of technical assistance services will take place on the SOLEIL site
