The object of the contract is the assignment of technical services related to engineering and architecture for the supervision of works and the coordination of safety during the execution phase pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 relating to seismic adaptation and energy efficiency at the State Agricultural Technical Institute "A. Tosi" in Codogno (Funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU – M4C1I3.3). In carrying out the service, all national, regional and local legislative provisions must be reported, as well as regulations and technical standards on projects and public contracts, to which activities and products must be complied with.

The assignment consists of the supervision of works carried out pursuant to decree no. 49 of 7 March 2018 and pursuant to art. 114 and Annex II.14 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, as well as the performance of the functions of safety coordinator during the execution phase pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 for seismic retrofitting and energy improvement works of the building.
