Description:
Improving energy efficiency by modernizing street lighting infrastructure in the City of Kolno

1) Replacement of outdated, energy-consuming lighting fixtures with energy-saving fixtures with LED sources pcs. 845. 2) Replacement of power cables running in outriggers and poles on which street lighting fixtures 845 kpl. 3) Booms that are in good technical condition are not expected to be replaced. 4) Replacement of luminaire protections with new insulated ones with BZO or TB or IZK fuse-links - 845 kpl. 5) Replacement of housing, protective and control devices in 19 existing SO cabinets mounted on LV pole posts and foundations. 6) The elevation of 6 control and measuring points from station switchboards to designed street lighting cabinets on the foundation and the low voltage pole. 7) Installation and commissioning of an intelligent control system for street lighting luminaires with individual control of a single luminaire, group of luminaires and the entire system as well as monitoring of luminaire operating parameters. 8) Disposal of all dismantled luminaires.

In the scope of installing the street lighting luminaire control system, the contractor will provide for the following price: - All costs associated with collecting, sending data between system components and the server and archiving them for a minimum of 10 years from the date of final acceptance of the works. This means that the Contractor may not charge the Employer with the costs associated with collecting, sending and archiving data for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of final acceptance of the works. - The contractor will describe all visualized points in the system, i.e. street lighting fittings and power supply points. The description must be made before signing the works acceptance protocol.

Luminaire description will be coded as follows: - first section - station number from which the luminaire is supplied, - second section - circuit number from which the luminaire is supplied, - third section - pole number on which the luminaire is installed, - fourth section - luminaire number in the circuit from the power supply cabinet

The description of the power point will be coded as follows: - first section - city, - second section - power station number, - third section - number of circuits fed from the SO cabinet, - fourth section - protection against counter, - the Contractor will also provide in the price offered training of a minimum of 3 people, indicated by the Employer, in the scope of operation and configuration of the control system in a cycle of at least two trainings. The training must take place before the final acceptance protocol is signed. The training must take place using installed devices in the City of Kolno.

Preparation of acceptance documentation with single-line diagrams of street lighting circuits separately for each SO cabinet in the paper version and as-built documentation in the electronic version in the geodetic reference system "1992", "2000/5" - recording format * .SHP containing a detailed inventory of existing lighting, power stations , lighting cabinets and road lighting lines containing layers and attributes according to the following scheme:

- line type (AL., ASXSN, YAKY ...)

- uniform, unique SON control box number,

- control box location (X, Y coordinates)

- type of mailbox,

- contracted capacity of the box,

- value of pre-meter collateral,

- designation of the transformer with which the power point is connected

- number of circuits

Thematic layer Transformer stations (as a point)

In the .SHP format, described by the following attributes:

- trafo station marking

- station location (X, Y coordinates)

- construction (brick, overhead, container, other)

Equivalent solutions.

If references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 PPL the contracting authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. When analyzing the project documentation, the contractor should assume that for each reference referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 Public Procurement Law used in the project documentation is accompanied by the word "or equivalent".
