This contract relates to the entrusting of upstream services (service) and downstream services (postalization) related to the sanction cycle related to violations of the Highway Code disputed by the Municipal Police of the Municipality of Alessandria. All as best described in the performance specifications to which we refer.

The contract includes the services of composition, document processing, printing and packaging of contraventations, and in general the complete production of the act in such ways as to make it suitable for next notification activity. The service includes the provision of a special software procedure, of the prints as well as the additional ancillary and ancillary supplies to provide the service for complete, according to the technical specifications referred to in the this document.

The contract includes notification services through the postal service of violations of the Highway Code (ex Legislative Decree 285/1992 and subsequent amendments). The postal service covered by the custody covers the activities of collecting, transporting, sorting, distribution and delivery of correspondence of the acts having subjects resident in the Region as recipients Piedmont.

IV. Lot 2 — postalization in the regional field: includes the notification services by means of the postal service of violations of the Road Code (ex Legislative Decree 285/1992 and s.m.i.). The postal service covered by the custody covers the activities of collecting, transporting, sorting, distribution and delivery of correspondence of acts having as recipients residing subjects on the entire entire national territory, except for the Piedmont Region.
