1.Scope of works includes:

necessary dismantling work,

damp insulation of vertical foundation walls,

injection of foundation walls,

insulation of foundation walls,

wall insulation,

insulation of the ceiling,

replacement of roofing,

reinforcement of the ceiling under the first floor,

replacement of window joinery and external door joinery,

replacement of window sills, flashings, replacement of gutters, drain pipes,

execution of internal gas installation,

renovation of chimneys,

execution of chimney enclosures,

dismantling and reassembly of information boards, flagship brackets, lighting fixtures of antennas located on facades, ordering of wiring,

restoration of sidewalks/bands around buildings,

execution of electrical and lightning protection installation in accordance with the project,

installation of protective earthing and equalization connections,

installation of nesting boxes for birds according to ornithological opinion

The Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ due to the limited number of characters in the advertisement.

2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities (as an auxiliary element to the calculation of the price) and technical expertise, which are annexes to the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as swz).

3. In addition, the Contractor's obligations related to the performance of the contract are also specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) attached to the SWZ.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for not less than 3 years from the date of final acceptance of the works.

5. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is 5 years.

6. The tender drawn up must be in accordance with the subject of the contract, the design documentation and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.

7. Obligation to employ under a contract of employment.

The Contracting Authority, acting under Article 95 (1) of the Public Procurement Law, requires that, as part of the implementation of the contract, the activities directly related to the subject of the contract (including the so-called direct costs resulting from the subject of works, i.e.: construction, construction, installation works, electrical, finishing) were carried out by persons employed on an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974. The Labor Code (t.j. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) regardless of whether such work will be performed by the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor ( so-called manual workers). This requirement does not apply to persons: managers of construction, carrying out transport services, suppliers of building materials, equipment, equipment, equipment, natural persons engaged in economic activities, officiating members of the management or supervisory bodies of the Contractor, partners of a public company or to the extent that they will perform personally works for the benefit of the Ordering Party or the Contractor.

The requirements concerning how to document the employment of persons for the employment contract, the control powers of the Contracting Authority and the non-hiring of persons for the employment contract are set out in detail in the proposed contractual provisions which are Annex 3 to the SWZ.

8. The description of the subject of the contract does not require taking into account accessibility for disabled people, no regulations are introduced in the scope of Article 100(1) of the PPL Act.
