Naturalis Biodiversity Center (hereinafter 'Naturalis') intends to conclude an integrated contract within the framework of the present competitive dialogue for the engineer & construct assignment (engineering: from preliminary design to final design and then execution design; construct: realization parking building) for the new construction of a 9-layer above-ground parking building for at least 581 parking spaces for multiple target groups, such as visitors and employees of Naturalis and companies in the immediate vicinity.

Naturalis is looking for a contractor who will carry out the engineer & construct assignment. Naturalis will enter into an integrated agreement with the winning bidder under the UAV-gc 2005 conditions.
