agreement-Single-awarded framework with purchase orders for project management and study services relating to work on drinking water, collective sanitation and rainwater networks - city of Saintes.

A group of orders between Eau 17 and the CDA of SAINTES was set up for the conclusion of the framework agreement that was the subject of the consultation. At the end of the notification of the contract to the contraaor, each contracting authority will perform the contract as far as it is concerned.

the contracting authority for operations relating to collective sanitation and drinking water is Water 17.

The contracting authority for rainfall operations is the Saintes Agglomeration Community.

this framework agreement includes 4 types of services:

1. Assistance to the contracting authority for the award of a single-award framework agreement on a purchase order. The consultation for its placement will be carried out in an order group with the Saintes Agglomeration Community until it is awarded;

2. The DIAG Mission Element,

3. Project management missions (AVP where applicable, pro, visa, det, aor), for the work entrusted to the company holding the framework agreement with purchase orders,

4. Project management missions (avp, pro, act, visa, det, aor) for works which do not fall within the framework agreement for works with purchase orders.
