The purpose of the contract is to supply, install and maintain the equipment for a new Cathlab electrophysiological procedures (EFO) room.

The assignment will consist of 2 lots: on the one hand supplying, installing the modern integrated equipment of a Cathlab examination room and control room, on the other hand supplying, installing and maintaining an EP Recording system - recording system for these electrophysiological procedures.

It is expected that the tenderer of lot 1 will provide the necessary technical and application coordination for the design and integration of various parts in this cathlab room, in collaboration with the in-house project management and construction team.

ZNA requires registrants to also pay particular attention to how the entire set-up can contribute to the principles of "value-based healthcare" (e.g. through more efficient workflows and shorter procedures, better patient comfort... (see order documents)

Comments: Lot 1: supplying, installing the modern integrated equipment of a Cathlab examination room and control room, including:

• ceiling-mounted X-ray system with patient table for electrophysiological procedures with fast visualization of high-resolution images, radiation dose management and easy operation;

• scopie-based 3D navigation system to support the procedures;

• advanced monitoring system for vital parameters of the patient, with camera surveillance;

• modern and flexible set-up in a control room for the complete visualisation of the parameters during the procedures and the remote control of the various devices, measuring and communication systems;

• sufficiently adjustable and controlled pendant lighting for comfortable lighting of the working environment (permitted option);

• equipment rack on pendulum for the relevant equipment in the examination room (permitted option);

• wireless communication system between examination and control room (permitted option).
