Installation of the fire alarm system for the conversion of ward 6A/7A at the RKH Klinikum Ludwigsburg:
The hospital intends to renovate the wards on levels 6 and 7 in Building 5.
1. The hospital intends to renovate the wards on levels 6 and 7 in Building 5.
2. The two levels 6 and 7 will be dismantled down to the shell.
3. The existing window elements of the façade are retained.
4. The construction work will be carried out in one construction phase, but the work will take place at different times in the respective levels.
5. There is no entitlement to continuous assembly.
A time interval between the work assignments, without processing one after the other, must be calculated.
6. The construction process will be coordinated with the daily routine of the clinic and must be completed within the agreed time window.
7. The present fire protection concept will be implemented.
8. This measure includes a planning concept with all necessary interventions on the building fabric and the TGA installations.
The project is controlled by the departments of engineering, hospital hygiene, occupational health and safety and fire protection.
9. This is done while the hospital is still in operation.
10. The floor heights as well as structurally non-changeable components such as building columns and beams restrict the maximum possible clear room heights. This takes into account a high installation density of the TGA and ELT trades as well as smoke extraction.
11. Work in technical centres or areas with systems in operation may only be carried out after consultation with the client. These activities must be carried out within the working hours of the technical staff (Mon 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fri 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
All persons must register on the posted lists on a daily basis.
12. The hospital facilities may not be used by the contractors. This also applies to the elevator systems.
In particular, the existing toilets and sanitary facilities in the hospital may not be used. There is a sanitary container on site that can be used.
13. All interventions in the existing supply and disposal systems must ensure the unrestricted operation of the hospital. Any closure of pipelines requires the written permission of the client and the construction management.
The interventions must be registered in good time (lead time min. 2 weeks)
