Drammen region's ICT (hereinafter referred to as D-ICT) invites you to an open tender competition for consultancy services for EPiServer, strategy for web, content, user and task focusing and in user experience with the use of ICT systems/web with subsequent maintenance and license for EPiServer. The procurement is strategically important for the municipalities and will have a major impact on the development and efficiency of work related to EpiServer and user experience.

The contracting authority is D-ICT, which will award an exclusive framework agreement to one supplier within the supply areas on behalf of its owner municipalities Drammen, Nedre Eiker, Røyken, Sande and Svelvik. The framework agreement may also be used by the underlying municipal companies, local authority partnerships and inter-municipal collaborations served by D-ICT. Similarly, any municipal bodies newly created during the contract period relating to or governed by the participating municipalities and other local authorities which will be included in the D-ICT throughout the duration of the framework agreement may use the agreement.

D-ICT is an inter-municipal cooperation between Drammen, Nedre Eiker, Røyken, Sande and Svelvik Municipalities. D-ICT delivers ICT services to the municipalities. Collecting these in one place gives municipalities economies of both scale and efficiency.

D-ICT will enter into a new framework agreement for consultancy services within:

— Episerver,

— Strategy for web, content, user and task focussing,

— User experiences in the use of IKT-systems/web.

On entry into the framework agreement the Award authority also wishes to have the same supplier for maintenance and licensing of EPiServer.
