Framework Agreement — Consultancy Services for the Development of FRAM: Future Ticketing

The contracting authority for this procurement is Møre og Romsdal Fylkeskommune ved Samferdselsavdelingen (Møre og Romsdal County c/o the Department of Transport and Communication) (hereafter called the contracting authority).

The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier.

The contract duration will be 2 years with the possibility of extending for up to 2 years.

The service provider will assist the contracting authority with development and further development of a new ticketing solution for the contracting authority and the members of the OOS.

The total number of hours on this procurement is estimated to be around 8 000 hours for the entire contract period. The work quantity will vary during the contract period. This is presented in Annex 4 the assignment description. The estimated number of hours is non binding for the contracting authority and can be changed both up and down in relation to the estimate.

The contracting authority is part of a Offentlig-Offentlig Samarbeid (OOS) (Public-Public Cooperation (PPC)). The members in the OOS are currently AtB, Nordland County, EnTur and AKT. The OOS will be a co-contracting authority for this framework agreement. All of the members in the Public-Public Cooperation will be able to use this contract on assignments connected to the OOS. All call-offs on the contracting authority will be made via the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier.

The workplace for senior developers for apps/online stores will main be together with AtB at their premises in Prinsens Gate in Trondheim. There the developers will cooperate with an existing development team that has already for a long time worked with the ticketing solution. The senior developer for integration will have a workplace according to the contract, but must expect close contact with the contracting authority in Molde. The contracting authority has their main office in Molde Fylkeshuset at Julsundvegen 9.
