The purpose of this consultation is to carry out periodic and punctual technical inspections and services relating to asbestos (amo, dta, etc.) on the equipment and technical installations of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire Haute Garonne - Tarn Ouest. The contract is concluded for a period of twelve (12) calendar months from 09/01/2024 or its notification, whichever is later.
It may be tacitly renewed for a period of twelve (12) months up to a maximum of three (3) renewals, unless the Contracting Authority expressly decides not to renew it.
The Framework Agreement is concluded with no minimum amount or quantity and with a maximum value amount.
The framework agreement is concluded on a single-tenure basis for lots 1 to 6.
The framework agreement is concluded on a multi-award basis for lots 7 and 8.
