Construction of water supply and sanitary plumbing network in Sierakowska Street, lushes, victims of Katyn, Łanów jazłowiecki, Zielna and reaching the above streets, on the territory of Łomianka.

The subject of the order includes the execution of construction work consisting of:

1) Construction of the water supply network together with fittings in the above streets and the incorporation of the built network into the municipal water supply infrastructure in Łomianki.

2) Construction of gravity and pressing sewer network, together with armaments and sewage pumping station and incorporation of the built network into the municipal sewer infrastructure in Łomianki.

3) Execution of the monitoring system of the operation of the pumping station and the performance of the power connection (power supply) of the aforementioned pumping station.

4) The subject of the order in particular includes the construction of a water supply network in the streets: Sierakowska (on the section from the junction with West Street to the junction with Łuze Street), Łuzy (on the section from the junction with Sierakowska Street to the intersection with Ofiar Katynia Street), Victim Katynia (on the section from the junction with Sierakowska Street to the junction with Ofiar Katynia Street), Victim intersections with Łuży Street to the junction with Ułanów Jazłowieckie Street), Ułanów Jazłowieckie (on the section from the height of the plot no. ew. 196 to the height of the plot no. ew. 192), Zielona Street (on the section from the height of the plot no. ew. 248/1 to the height of the plot no. ew. 262/4), the reach of Zielona Street and Łuży Street on the above sections and construction of sanitary sewerage network in streets: Sierakowska (on the section from the intersection with West Street to the junction with Łuzy Street), Łuzy (on the section from the junction with Sierakowska Street to the intersection with Ofiar Katynia Street), Victim Katynia (on the section from the intersection with the street with the street Luža to the height of the property no. 8), Zielona (on the section from the height of parcel no. ew. 248/1 to the height of parcel no. ew. 262/4), reaching Zielona Street and Łudź on the above-mentioned sections.

5) Restoration of road and private and municipal areas after water supply and sewerage works carried out, to the existing condition prior to the commencement of works, in accordance with the conditions contained in the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, the relevant permits for occupation of the road lane for appropriate streets, relevant decisions on the location of equipment in the road lane, in accordance with the requirements of Mayor Lomianka concerning the work of recreating roads after water and sewerage works.

6) Comprehensive geodetic service of the object of the order.

7) Execution of as-built documentation.

8) Obtaining a use permit for the built infrastructure.
