The subject of the contract is the delivery of license plates and scrapping of license plates withdrawn from use in the years 2024-2025 for the needs of the City of Bydgoszcz in the scope and under the conditions specified in the SWZ together with attachments.

3. The procedure resulting from Article 139(1), (3) and (4) of the PPL shall be applied in the proceedings in question.

4. The Ordering Party shall demand a deposit in the amount of: PLN 8,000.00 (in words: eight thousand zlotys 00/100). The security shall be lodged in the form and manner laid down in Chapter XVIII of the tender specifications.
