Planning services of the technical planning technical equipment acc. HOAI part 4, section 2, § 55 technical equipment, plant groups 1 to 5, performance phase 1-9.

The Eider-Treene-Schule Friedrichstadt is the branch of the Eider-Treene-Schule in Tönning. Around 331 students attend the school at the Friedrichstadt school location. The city of Tönning is planning to expand the existing Eider-Treene-Schule community school to include additional rooms for differentiated teaching, rooms for parents' discussions, special school work and school social work in an extension. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which the performance profile of specialist planning technical equipment according to Cover HOAI plant groups 1 to 5 and have implemented similar measures in the past. The service phases 1-9 should be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. 4.1 million EUR net plus VAT.
