The objective of the assignment to be paid is:
- The conclusion of (new) lawfully concluded framework agreements;
- Professional services/contractors are selected per plot (2-3 for lot 1 and 2, 1 for lot 3) and thus a framework agreement is concluded per contracting authority, after which a further contract to award the contract follows after a mini-competition;
