The objective of the assignment to be paid is:

- The conclusion of (new) lawfully concluded framework agreements;

- Professional services/contractors are selected per plot (2-3 for lot 1 and 2, 1 for lot 3) and thus a framework agreement is concluded per contracting authority, after which a further contract to award the contract follows after a mini-competition;

- Achieving a reduction in administrative burdens by limiting the number of creditors;

- The possible achievement of an improvement in the service and an increase in quality;

- Transparency, cost savings and unambiguous costs of the service;

- Get more grip on the internal process of hiring staff;
