The contract to be tendered is carried out in the following phases and defined as follows:

1. renewing the current telephone exchange;

2. realizing integration with Microsoft Teams and using 088 numbers;

3. migration of two to three teams and possible further rollout.

The size of the assignment can be deduced from the number of employees of ROC van Twente, which is 2 300 employees. This now includes approximately 1 000 mobile users, each with an individual mobile number or a data-only subscription (laptop or tablet) and approximately 1 100 fixed telephony users. The number of mobile telephony users is expected to increase during the replacement, with the number of fixed telephony users decreasing. No rights can be derived from the above numbers.
