Part A:
In the course of the new construction of the L 70n (bypass around Niedersprockhövel), the State Office for Road Construction NRW, represented by the regional branch in South Westphalia, branch office in Hagen, is planning to build a new rainwater clarifier, including access and ancillary areas, as well as for the final expansion of the first construction phase of the L 70n and the parallel running pavement / bike path the new installation of an asphalt surface course.
Part B:
The city of Sprockhövel is planning to build a new school car park with connecting walkways and bus bay at the Mathilde Anneke School. The expansion takes place between the existing school building, the rain clarifier to be built and the newly built L 70n.
Part A:
New construction of the rainwater clarifier (RKB) with pool overflow and drainage channels DN 200 to DN 250 made of cast iron or DN 400 made of reinforced concrete and the associated shaft structures. Existing and remaining shaft structures have to be adjusted in height to the new heights.
Main dimensions (lxwxd): 31.70 mx 7.00 mx (4.05 m / 4.90 m).
Partially mill off the existing asphalt surface layer of the L 70n and add a new asphalt binder layer and asphalt concrete layer to the superstructure. Establish asphalt pavement for the access and side areas of the RKB. A strip of concrete stone paving is to be used as the edging and a channel made of concrete trough stones is used to drain the asphalt surface.
Removing a water-bound blanket on the walkway / bike path parallel to the street. Profile existing frost protection layer. Installation of a new asphalt base and surface course.

Relocation of 2 downhill runs. The street gullies to be relocated in the construction area (500x300) are connected to the new sewer using PP pipes DN 150 (length approx. 123 m).
