Maintenance and Service of Gas Safety Inspections — Gas Fuelled Equipment.
Major annual service and inspection and testing / 6 month inspection of Air Conditioning Units.
Maintenance and Service to Heating System and Equipment, FCU, AHU, Over Door and Space Heaters, Wall Air Control Vents and Heater Battery, Extract Fans, Heat Recovery Units, Gas fuelled Boilers and Pressurisation Unit.
Maintenance and Service to Thermostatic Valves.
Maintenance and Service Water Systems and Outlets
Maintenance and Service of Goods and Passenger Lifts.
Maintenance and Service of Fire Protection Systems; Chemical Fire Suppressant, Dry Risers, Fire Extinguishers.
Maintenance and Service of Fire Alarms, VASDA and Emergency Call Points (Refuges).
Maintenance and Service of Gas Safety Inspections – (Distribution system, full Building and individual area tightness tests).
