Type and scope of the object of the order:

The construction project involves the renovation, modernization and expansion of the wish spa in Winnenden.

Here especially the bathing water technology for the components A-D main building and course pool

Main building Renovation and extension: Two-storey and partial basement

New course pool: single-storey with basement

Course pool (new building)

• Complete treatment plant for the 25 m course pool consisting of:

o 2 GRP multilayer filters (D = 2.4 m) incl. filter material

o Purge air blower for the two filters

o 2 pcs circulation pumps with 170 m3/h each in backwash mode

o Measuring and dosing station incl. extension of the existing chlorine gas plant by the connection of the new processing plant

• Finishing parts in the basin (nozzles, mesh covers)

• Piping of the tanks, the water treatment and the pool components (these are installed by the customer)

Children's pool (new building)

• Piping of the pool components, which are installed on site), to existing circulation circuit.

• New splash water pipe incl. new connection to existing surge water tank

• New measuring water station.

• Finishing parts in the basin (nozzles, mesh covers)

Plunge pool (new construction/refurbishment)

• Piping of the existing preparation plant with the new basin (basin components on site)

• New measuring water station

• Finishing parts in the basin (nozzles, mesh covers)

Piping and Miscellaneous

• In total approx. 500 m PE-HD pipeline da 40 to da 315 plus fittings

• Renewal of all BWT heat exchangers; approx. 6 pcs

• Various driving water pumps; Injectors etc.

Performance dates:

Execution period: April 2023 to May 2024

Completion of new opening 01.06.2024
