The scope and purpose of the procurement

The competition is for a framework agreement for the provision of building contractor services. The chosen contractor must be able to take on the following disciplines with their own or external resources:

— Builder/carpenter/joiner

— Masonry/sheathing/tiling

— Painting/wallpapering/floor laying

— Flashing and guttering

— Roofer

— Passive fire protection.

The contracting authority also has framework agreements for other disciplines. If relevant other framework agreement contractors can be transported to an assignment (electrician, plumber, ventilation).

The annual estimated value of the procurement is between NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT and NOK 3 000 000, excluding VAT. The volume is very difficult to calculate as we do not know what projects there will be in the coming 4 years. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The volume can vary a lot from year to year.
