The object of the contract is to provide services for the collection of municipal waste from the Lidzbark Warmiński Municipality, together with the equipment of nests with containers for selective collection of municipal waste and the provision of bags for specific properties.

1. The object of the contract is to provide services for the collection of municipal waste from the Lidzbark Warmiński Municipality, together with the equipment of nests with containers for selective collection of municipal waste and the provision of bags for specific properties.

The waste collected from the town site will be transported to the Department of Komunal Waste Management Sp. z o. with its registered office in Olsztyn, via the nearest locationally transshipment station, i.e. the transshipment station in Medyny.

2. The entire object of the order was divided into the following 2 tasks:

1) Task No 1 - Reception of municipal waste mixed and selectively collected

from all inhabited and non-inhabited properties from Lidzbark Warmiński Municipality and transport of the above waste to the transshipment station in Medyny,

2) Task No 2 - Equipment of sockets for selective collection of municipal waste into containers

for selective collection of municipal waste and providing property owners with up to 4 premises and owners of uninhabited bags

for selective collection of municipal waste by 120 l.

3. Characteristics of the municipal municipality Lidzbark Warmiński:

14,877 people are checked in at Lidzbark Warmiński Municipality on 31.07.2021.

4. The projected amount of total municipal waste covered by the contract (during the period 12 m-cy), according to the Ordering Party's estimate, is approximately 6 300 Mg, including:

1) unsegregated municipal waste (mixed): 4 237 Mg,

2) segregated waste (collected selectively): 2063 Mg including:

- plastics, multi-cartridges and metal: 350 Mg,

- glass: 300 Mg,

- waste paper: 300 Mg,

- large-size waste — 300 Mg,

- construction and demolition waste — 150 Mg,

- slags and ashes — 200 Mg,

- electrodemolition — 50 Mg,

- expired medicines — 1 Mg,

- worn tyres — 10 Mg,

- biodegradable waste — 400 Mg,

- textiles — 1 Mg,

- paints, inks, adhesives, bins — 1Mg.

The abovementioned waste quantity shall be an indicative size adopted for the comparison of tenders

and choosing the most advantageous offer. Contractors with whom the Contracting Authority will sign a contract,

is not entitled to claim the implementation of the service in the above sizes.

5. Rules for the receipt of waste fractions collected selectively:

1. The following fractions of waste collected selectively will be collected:

- paper: paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and paperboard packaging waste,

- metal, plastics: metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste,

- glass: glass waste, including glass packaging waste,

- biowaste,

- slags and ashes - during the heating season at least once a week,

- expired medicines - reception from pharmacies once a month,

- large-size waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres - minimum reception once per quarter.
