Bpha is seeking to establish an Architectural services framework to assist in the delivery of circa 3 000 new affordable homes during the duration of the contract throughout the Cambridge to Oxford corridor. In addition bpha is planning to delivery new homes for private sale through its subsidiary, Bushmead Homes Limited. Appointed architects will be required to provide design services for new build, fit-out, refurbishment and demolition projects up to and including RIBA Stage Three within the Lots below.
