Services in the field of real estate valuation – i.e. premises located in the dolnośląskie and Opolskie voivodships, constituting the resource of the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Wrocław. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in: Draft provisions of the contract (ppu), constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ. Contract awarded as part of the contract: "Valuation and revaluation of real estate" (the value of which is equal to or exceeds the Union thresholds), which is the subject of a separate – this procedure, in which no further division into lots has been made (no possibility of submitting partial tenders).

1. Contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act:

- The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract (covered by this procedure).

- Maximum total value of similar services: up to 50% of the value of the basic contract (covered by this proceeding).

- The scope of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar real estate valuation services (premises) located in the Dolnośląskie and Opolskie voivodships, as well as the conditions under which these contracts will be awarded, will not be wider than those specified in the basic contract (covered by this procedure).

2. The period during which the order will be executed (the duration of the order), both in terms of the basic order and the options:

- Commencement: from the date of conclusion of the contract

- Completion: up to 12 months counted from the date of conclusion of the contract

The order will be executed successively (in the period indicated above), on the basis of partial orders – in accordance with the Ordering Party's needs. Deadline for the execution of a partial order: up to 21 days counted from the date of submission (submission) of the order to the Contractor's e-mail address. The date of placing the order – in accordance with the provisions of § 5 section 4 ppu.
