Knappschaftsklinikum Saar GmbH (client) provides services of a personnel service provider as part of the local procurement procedure. The object of service is in particular the placement of medical staff as well as hospital employees in the areas of administration and care for a success premium. For this purpose, the client advises the conclusion of a framework agreement with several economic operators in accordance with section 21 VgV.

A. Service subject

Knappschaftsklinikum Saar GmbH (client) provides services of a personnel service provider as part of the local procurement procedure. The object of service is in particular the placement of medical staff as well as hospital employees in the areas of administration and care for a success premium. For this purpose, the client advises the conclusion of a framework agreement with several economic operators in accordance with section 21 VgV.

The client is generally required to submit three job profiles for each vacancy requirement (search order). The latest re-registration period, i.e. transmission of applicant profiles, is 14 days from receipt of the requisition by the outline contract partner (single order). The contractor must provide the following partial services in particular:

- Submission of qualification profiles or application documents from suitable candidates

(m/f/d) to the client;

- coordination of application deadlines with the client;

- If necessary, the contractually assured contact person of the framework contract partner can participate in the job interviews

- discussion of the contract offer with the respective candidates (e.g. notice periods, salary expectations)

The applicant profiles to be applied by the framework contractual partner to the client consist of at least the following documents:

- CV

- job references

- Proof of professional or university degrees

- Job relevant certificates

- Termination perium/availability

B. Procedure of mediation

The course of the mediation process is initially determined by the ranking in the local procurement procedure. The bidders who have submitted the 5 most economical offers become framework contractual partners. Therefore, a sequence of the 5 most economical offers is formed (placement 1-5). The respective individual retrieval is carried out based on this sequence.

C. Contract period

The contract starts on 01.01.2022. The contract period is 4 years. The framework agreement will therefore end on 31.12.2025 at the latest. However, there are no renewal options.
