1. The subject of the contract is the management of waste with the code 20 02 01 in the amount up to 1200 Mg subjected to 100% recovery and recycling

2. The Ordering Party shall transport waste to the Contractor whose Installation is located

at a distance of no more than 50 km from the Ordering Party's registered office.

3. In order to unify the measurements, the Contracting Authority requires all Contractors to indicate the distance of the installation from the seat of the Contracting Authority – ZGK "Bolesław" sp. z o.o. Osadowa 1, 32-329 Bolesław using the map targeo.pl service. (shortest route option, public roads for vehicles with a total weight of 10 t and more). The above data will also be verified by the Ordering Party using the mapa.targeo.pl portal.
