The acquisition includes the construction of Simo Comprehensive School as a kvr contract.

The procurement will be carried out as a competitive dialogue. At this stage, requests to participate are requested.

The project includes the demolition of the existing primary school building and the construction of a new comprehensive school. The new comprehensive school includes primary level 1–9 and upper secondary school.

In connection with the project, an option price will be requested for the demolition of a terraced house on an adjacent municipal plot.

The construction must be carried out in such a way that the current secondary school and upper secondary school building will be operational during the construction of the new comprehensive school. The safety of the operating environment and a safe way to school must be ensured in connection with the planning.
