For the new building of IKC Het Kristal, Arcade Dordrecht is looking for an implementation team, in which the disciplines of architecture and installation technology (mechanical and electrical engineering) are represented.

The new building of IKC Het Kristal will be approximately 3,200m2 gfa in size, and will be built at the Heimerstein in Dordrecht. A primary school, a nursery (hereinafter: KDV) and after-school care (hereinafter: BSO) and a gym are provided. The gym will also be suitable for multifunctional use, including for recreational practice

of sports and connection with the school, the KDV and the BSO. The urban architectural context in which the building is realized must be taken into account, in the context of noise pollution for the adjacent gardens.
