Construction of separated cycle paths in Mrągowo city within the Masurian Bicycle Loop

1) This part of the Investment was located in the municipality Miasto Mrągowo (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Mrągowski County), on sections of municipal roads:

(a) section 1 - km 0+000 — 0+578 — access to the MOR with the construction of a footbridge;

b) section 2 - km 37+895 — 39+097

c) section 3 - km 39+162 — 39+171

d) section 4 - km 41+163 — 42+471

according to the picketing of the total Mazurian Bicycle Loop for stage III.

2) Designed cycling trail throughout its course, located adjacent to very diverse areas, which consist of urban and rural development areas, tourist areas, reservoirs, as well as agricultural areas, pastures and forest areas. The route of the Masurian Bicycle Loop in the area subject to this development, with the exception of section 1, runs along municipal roads, having a variable gauge asphalt roadway. Episode 1 - access to the Cyclist Service Area No. 19 (MOR and footbridge according to separate development) was carried along the existing green areas at Czos Lake.

3) In km 41+600 to km 41+860, a change was made consisting in making a walking and bicycle thrust in place of the originally designed two-way bike path. The change is shown by the attached documentation - folder “PW_road_change in km 41+600-41+860"

4) All the designed sections are located in the urban space of the city of Mrągowo, in a built-up area with low and high multi-family development. As part of the development, the construction of sections of a bicycle path or a bicycle thrust, with asphalt pavement and concrete cube, running along existing roads were designed. Additionally, on section 1, it is envisaged to make an asphalt bicycle path with an accompanying pavement of concrete cube, which is an access to the Cyclist Service Area located on the lake. On the section of the designed route to the MOR, a composite footbridge was designed, the execution of which is the subject of separate proceedings. The obligations of the contractor of this order will be to link the path to the foot and bicycle footbridge
