Remove and replace the existing radiators and boiler along with associated pipes, brackets, valves and all other non reusable equipment associated with the existing heating system. The existing boiler will be replaced with a new gas fired boiler with associated fuel tank and base. The existing radiators will be replaced as per the attached drawings. The floor surfaces will be replaced as per the attached floor plan.
