The subject of the contract is: “Expansion of the hospital radiology system with AI-powered tools and integration with the Intelligent Services Platform, digital imaging data bunker and LLM system for voice recognition and completion of medical documents”. 2. The subject of the contract includes the expansion of the existing PACS/RIS system with the following modules and functionalities: 1) Upgrade of the existing RIS/PACS system as necessary for integration with the Intelligent Services Platform, including the implementation of new functionalities, 2) Extension of the system with a LLM-supported radiology examination description system, with a temporary license for the transcription of examination descriptions for 36 months (min. 20,000 examinations annually); 3) Expansion of the system with mechanisms for creating backups of diagnostic examinations (digital imaging data bunker); 4) Expansion of PACS/RIS integration with a connection to the Intelligent Services Platform in HL7 / FHIR standards; 5) Implementation on hardware infrastructure provided by the Ordering Party; 6) Staff training; 7) Warranty and support for 36 months for integration with the Intelligent Services Platform and the changes made to it. The Contractor commits to execute the object of the Agreement with respect for the principle of “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) in the sense of Article 17 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2020/852. In particular, within the contractual remuneration, the Contractor guarantees that the delivered Software and the way it is implemented: 1) Minimize energy consumption: The architecture of the code is optimized for performance, reducing the consumption of server resources. 2) Support the “Paperless” model: The functionalities of the system support the process of digitizing medical documentation, contributing to the reduction of paper and toner consumption at the Ordering Party’s facility. 3) Protect the lifecycle of the equipment: The hardware requirements of the new version of the Software do not force the Ordering Party to replace technically functioning computer infrastructure (workstations) that met the requirements of the previous version of the system. The Ordering Party requires that the contractor applying for the order meets the requirements regarding accessibility and equality, i.e.: 1) Equal treatment and non-discrimination a) The offered system must be designed and implemented according to the principle of equal treatment of users, especially without discrimination based on gender, age, disability, race, religion, or worldview. b) Observance of the principle of equal treatment of persons regardless of their gender, age, disability, race, ethnic origin, religion, worldview, sexual orientation, or gender identity, c) Ensuring that all persons involved in the realization of the order (including delivery, training, installation, and service personnel) will be treated according to the principle of equal opportunities. 2) Digital and functional accessibility all documents intended for the user regarding the operation of the implemented systems, i.e. regulations, instructional videos, must meet the digital standard described in Annex No. 2 Standards of accessibility for cohesion policy 2021-2027 to the Guidelines for implementing equality principles within EU funds for the years 2021–2027. 3) Training and instructions a) Equipment operation training should be available to all employees regardless of gender, age, or disability, b) Operating instructions should be prepared in an accessible manner – including clear language, in electronic version (PDF), accommodating the needs of visually impaired persons (on request). 4) Equality of opportunities for women and men.
