For lot 4, the consultation leads to the establishment of a mono-award framework agreement for purchase orders. * Lots 1 to 3: Mode of allocation of orders among awardees For lots 1 and 2: the 1st awardee will be contacted as a priority, if they do not respond quickly enough, the order will be placed with the 2nd awardee, then the 3rd awardee.
