Decision on the procedure. Zamawiający hereby informs that in the procedure for the modernization of servers and networks in the IT technical area and implementation of network monitoring and protection systems in the OT technical area in the water supply infrastructure IN PART II (concerning OT) the most advantageous offer was selected, i.e. the offer of the contractor: InfoProtector Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (31-353) at ul. Wł. Żeleńskiego 103 with a gross offer price: PLN 147,600.00. This contractor meets the conditions for participation in the procedure and is not subject to exclusion from the procedure. The offer complies with the terms of the contract. The contractor received 100 points in the evaluation criteria (price criterion and quality criterion) of the offers. The contracting authority assessed that the contractor is capable of executing the order at the offered price, and in this respect, the contracting authority had no doubts.
