The activities under the works contract “MM-CL-01 – Design and execution (including Technical Assistance from the designer according to Law 10/1995) - Improvement of sludge treatment” are: Improvement of sludge treatment at the Baia Mare wastewater treatment plant, which will mainly include the following: - sludge drying installation at the Baia Mare wastewater treatment plant; - establishment of a reception station for vacuumed sludge, including 2 containers with foldable lids with a capacity of 1.1 m3; - covered platform of approximately 400 sqm for storage of dehydrated sludge from the wastewater treatment plants before being introduced into the drying installation; - Acquisition of trucks for transporting dehydrated sludge including containers (20 m3 - 2 pcs.) from existing treatment plants at SEAU Baia Mare, with a capacity of 20 tons - 2 pcs.; These details are indicative. The Technical Project of the sludge drying installation will be prepared by the Contractor. The Technical Project will also include arrangement/vertical systematization of the site. The estimated value of the current contract “MM-CL-01 – Design and execution (including Technical Assistance from the designer according to Law 10/1995) - Improvement of sludge treatment” - includes budgeted sums amounting to 1,141,680.40 lei, but does not include various and unforeseen expenses. The budgeted sums will be highlighted at the level of the price lists that will accompany the fixed nominal financial proposal form, non-modifiable, in the version provided by the Contracting Entity. The number of days until which interested economic Operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers/applications is 19 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary information as follows: - 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers for requests for clarifications submitted 34 days before the deadline for submission of offers; - 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers for requests for clarifications submitted 19 days before the deadline for submission of offers.

The contract for the design and execution of the objective “MM-CL-01 – Design and execution (including Technical Assistance from the designer according to Law 10/1995) - Improvement of sludge treatment” includes: a) Design activities - The Execution Technical Project, which will include all necessary documents according to legislation and any documentation required for obtaining permits and approvals; support for the Beneficiary in obtaining necessary permits and approvals; b) Construction works; c) Supply and installation of technological machinery and equipment; d) Testing and commissioning; e) Training of Beneficiary's personnel. f) Remedying any defects that arise during the Warranty Period. g) During the execution period of the works, the contractor will also provide technical assistance from the designer, with all legal responsibilities that he bears in this regard. The duration of design and execution of the works and commissioning of the installations is 24 months, broken down as follows: - Design stage: maximum 6 calendar months; - Works execution period: maximum 17 calendar months; - Testing and commissioning period: maximum 1 calendar month; The defect notification period (DNP) is a minimum of 36 calendar months from the signing of the minutes of acceptance at the completion of the works.
