4.1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, and installation of renewable energy installations in public utility buildings in the Białaczów municipality, which is being carried out as part of the project "Renewable Energy Installations in Public Utility Buildings in the Białaczów Municipality." 4.2. The design, delivery, and installation of renewable energy installations in public utility buildings in the Białaczów municipality includes, in particular: 1) preparation of project documentation (obtaining the required legal decisions from the architectural and construction administration authority, including notifications of construction works, building permits, if required, and other necessary legal decisions, permits, agreements, notifications), 2) execution of works necessary to achieve the objectives of the Technical Specification, 3) Installation of heat pumps along with pellet boilers, 4) Installation of Domestic Hot Water (DHW) tanks, 5) installation of buffers, 6) installation of photovoltaic systems along with energy storage and preparation of the connection notification of the micro-installation along with energy storage to the regional Distribution System Operator (DSO) grid, 7) laying of pipes and their insulation, 8) modernization of the electrical distribution board and connection of devices, 9) installation of the automation system and management system, 10) conducting installation tests and checking the correct operation of the equipment, 11) system start-up and adjustments, 12) performing all necessary works for the proper functioning of the installation, 13) training users on the principles of the proper operation of the installed devices, 14) leaving the state of the building, including facades and installation components, in an unaltered condition. 4.3. The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Technical Specification, which constitutes (Attachment No. 1 to the Terms of Reference) an integral part of the Terms of Reference.
