1. The subject of the contract is: construction of free-standing ground photovoltaic installations at 3 locations with capacities respectively Sepno‐Radonia - up to 50kWp, Trojanów - min. 95kWp, Zachorzów Kolonia - min. 80kWp along with energy storage and auxiliary infrastructure, connection to the internal electrical installations of the buildings, and commissioning of the installations as part of the task entitled: “Construction of photovoltaic installations for public utility facilities and energy storage infrastructure in the Sławno Municipality.”
2. The scope of the contract includes in particular:
1) preparation of complete design documentation, then execution of construction works based on the completed and approved design by the Ordering Party and after the issuance of the final building permit (or notification of works) and preparation of as-built documentation,
2) installation of support structures for PV modules,
3) installation of PV modules on support structures,
4) laying DC and AC cabling,
5) integration of the installation with the existing infrastructure of the Ordering Party,
6) installation of electricity metering and settlement systems,
7) installation of PV inverters,
8) providing lightning protection for the photovoltaic farm,
9) installation of protective automation systems,
10) execution or modification of reactive power compensation systems,
11) execution of tests verifying the correct operation of the system,
12) commissioning and adjustments of the system,
13) training of users/operators.
3. Installation locations:
1) Water intake “Sepno - Radonia”,
2) Wastewater treatment plant located in Trojanów,
3) Wastewater treatment plant located in Zachorzów - Kolonia.
4. The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), which is Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and is an integral part of the SWZ.
