1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: "SOC Service for Monitoring Network and Server Infrastructure in the Hospital" as part of the project titled: "Implementation of e-services in CSK UM in Łódź".
2. Due to the extensive description - detailed description of the subject of the order, delivery details are contained particularly in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor is required to attach to the OFFER – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ "Technical Parameters" completed according to the requirements of the Ordering Party.
4. Failure to submit Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ constitutes a lack of possibility to evaluate the offer and thus grounds for rejecting the offer from the procedure.
5.
