The object of the contract is the implementation of the investment objective "Modernization of the control command and protection system for the 220/110 kV Peștiș substation" and aims to modernize the command, control, and protection system by replacing all equipment, including containers and SCCPA cabinets, as well as modernizing the equipment within the composition of the general own services of 0.4 kV AC and 220 V DC, in accordance with the specifications described in the tender documents.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitaţie.ro/pub).
Number of days before the deadline for submitting bids during which clarifications can be requested: 17
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification/additional information requests in two stages, as follows:
- on the 17th calendar day from the announcement publication date, and
- on the 11th calendar day before the bid submission deadline.
The contracting authority will respond only to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the deadline established above, according to art. 29 para. (3) of H.G. no. 394/2016.
