Currently, interior and exterior rehabilitation work is underway on the building located at 35 Republicii Street for the change of destination from a public health institution, Polyclinic, to the headquarters of the Bihor County Council. In order to ensure the smooth operation of employees in the new headquarters, the acquisition of a DATACENTER is necessary. The products to be purchased are essential for the proper conduct of activities carried out within the institution in order to fulfill the mission/objectives for which the contracting authority was established. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority has established that the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
