The procurement target is an intelligent care and service needs assessment solution delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) for the use of the Eastern Uusimaa welfare area.
The procurement covers:
• a software service supporting intelligent care and service needs assessment,
• a delivery project related to the deployment of the software service,
• ongoing support and advisory services throughout the contract period.
The solution must be suitable for use as part of the welfare area's digital service channels and as a tool for professionals in multichannel interactions (including online services, chat, telephone service). The solution will be integrated into the Flowmedik chat platform used in the Eastern Uusimaa welfare area.
The estimated VAT-exempt value of the procurement calculated in accordance with the Procurement Act is EUR 250,000.00 for four (4) years, including software service usage, delivery project, support and advisory services, and expert services.
The contract period is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which it continues indefinitely.
