The generative AI platform to be procured shall digitally support administrative activities in everyday tasks, knowledge management, and communication, without shifting decision-making responsibility to AI systems.
All generated content is subject to human review and approval by the responsible specialist. In this process, general personal data, case-related personal data, as well as special categories of personal data in accordance with Art. 9 GDPR, especially health data, must be processed.
The total number of user licenses under this framework agreement – including the district and all participating municipalities – shall not exceed 2,500. Once this upper limit is reached, no further calls will be permitted.
