The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement, whose purpose is to establish the rights and obligations of the contracting parties for the procedure of concluding individual contracts to ensure service support for Benning power sources serving to power elements of the critical communication infrastructure of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, including the purchase of hardware, software, and related services. The fulfillment of the public contract includes the following categories of services and supplies: a) Service and technical support — ensuring continuous service and technical support for Benning power sources (hereinafter referred to as “Devices”) in a mode of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including ensuring the restoration of operation, as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification. b) Regular preventive inspections — conducting regular preventive inspections of the Devices as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification. c) Consulting services — ensuring consulting services as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification. d) Implementation services — ensuring implementation services as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification. e) Operational services — ensuring operational services including training of the client's technicians (initial and recurrent) as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification f) Supply of HW and SW — ensuring new hardware parts and software necessary for the operation of hardware and/or serving to restore existing Devices (in the form of subscription), as specified in Appendix No. 1 — Technical Specification.
