1. Subject of the order: “The subject of the order includes the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SIEM system and the provision of the SOC service in a 24/7/365 mode, in accordance with OPZ, including monitoring, analysis, and handling of security incidents.” 2. The order is being carried out as part of the project entitled “Implementation of e-services in the Health Care Team in Końskie - St. Luke's Specialist Hospital” under the investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare.” 3. Requirements regarding compliance with ICT solutions 1. If the subject of the order includes or may include ICT product, ICT service, or ICT process, the contractor is required to offer only those ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes that, at the time of submission of offers: 1) are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security; 2) do not include an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on the recognition of the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT service or ICT process specified in that decision. 2. If the contractor offers ICT solutions, they are required to clearly identify in the offer each ICT solution offered, in particular by indicating: 1) the name of the solution, 2) the manufacturer or supplier, 3) type, model, version, or other designation allowing for its identification, 4) function performed within the execution of the order. 5) The lack of clear identification of the offered ICT solution burdens the Contractor. If the content of the offer, the documents submitted with the offer, or the contractor's explanations indicate that the offer includes a solution mentioned in paragraph 1 points 1 or 2, the offer is subject to rejection on the basis of Article 226(1) point 17 or point 19 of the Pzp Act
