This consultation concerns the delivery by the holder of data related to the offer, demand, and occupancy of the rental sector in France.
The need is structured around a conjunctural component with indicators (number of accommodations, nights offered and booked, occupancy rates, reservations, RevPAR…) aggregated at the municipal level available on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This expected component relates to past occupancy data and reservations for the upcoming months.
Beyond this foundation consisting of consolidated essential indicators, the holder is expected to provide elements related to the availability of indicators allowing for detailed territorial analysis, as well as the monitoring of customer origin, their satisfaction, and associated ratings.
